Calendar and contact missing from folder pane

Hey all,

I did something to cause my folder pane to show only mail folders in
the folder pan of entourage 2004 ver 11.3.3. How do I get the
contacts and calendar folders to show back up in the folder pane.

If I control click and then open I can see that calendar and contacts
are there under the account details (for both accounts). The folders
are just not in the folder pane along with inbox, drafts...
