Calendar appears in French

Michael A. Fejes

This is totally weird. I was testing a multi-language install of the Mac OS.
Everything worked great BUT, the next time I opened Entourage the calendar
is in French?

There are no preferences that allows me to change the language. I tried to
switch back and forth but the French Calendar always appears.

Anyone?

Office itself is monolingual (all French or all English). THe language
you are using in the rest of the SYstem doesn't really matter.
Some folder can take names in other langiages with Exchange accounts
though if you connect to the server through a French version of
Entourage (and I've seen it with connections through OWA in other
prefered languages than English).

Could you tell us exactly what parts of the calendar are in French??
SInce the app is monolingual, there aren't any pref to set (or correct)
this.

Well, not in Entourage itself, but I'd definitely recommend checking out the
System Preferences. Entourage picks up most time/date-related settings from
Mac OS X itself, and these settings are defined in System Preferences. Open
them and see if there's nothing wrong or different in the International
section.

Well that would be for the date format, not really the interface itself.
