Calendar Appointments Disappear!

Hello All,

I have a machine that runs XP Pro w/ Office 2003 - setup for Microsoft
Exchange. When we create an appoinment on the calendar, it disappears after a
few seconds. I recreated the .OST file, same thing. I recreate the data file
and profile, same thing. I do notice that when I am unplugged from the
network, the appointment stays but as soon as you bring it back into the
network, it disappears again. Funny thing is that the meeting request reaches
the other party and the can accept it but it still doesn't show up.
