Calendar appointments in other time zones??

I live on Quicken and Outlook

Is there a way to enter a calendar appointment at the correct time
that it occurs in another time zone?

If you send an appointment to a person in another time zone it should adjust
correctly. Do you mean that you want an appointment in your calendar to be
set at the time it would be in the other time zone?

My need is for the second option, appointments in another time zone
show at the correct local time.. Right now I'm three time zones away
from hom and the calendar is all screwed up. And if I change/add an
entry for my home time zone while I am in the "away" time zone, that
gets messed up also.
