I have different categories for events ­ one for business, one for personal
etc. I would like to get a view where I can see the week with just one of
the categories ie a business view which I can then create a list from and
share.

Any help gratefully received

You can see just the daily, weekly, or monthly events of just one category
by flipping the little popups at the top right of the calendar to 'Category
is' '[any category]'. Then you can select "list" in Calendar menu if you
wish.

What do you mean by "share"? There are some things to do with calendar that
don't print properly. Usually List view is best, but I'm not sure it will
print only one category - I think it may print all.

You could also make a custom view to display only Calendar Events of a
particular category: Here you'd get every one - but only the first
occurrence of recurring events (unlike the calendar and list views which
show you every occurrence). And you can't print custom views.
