You could use my Sync Entourage-iCal script to sync to iCal (the script will
sync to, and make if necessary, calendars in iCal corresponding to the
primary category of each Entourage event and task) and then sync iCal to the
Palm using MissingSync 5.1 - which syncs iCal calendars to Palm categories.
