Calendar crash with repeating event

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: intel
Email Client: pop

When creating an event in Calendar portion of Entourage the program crashes any time I create a repeating event. If I enter a single event there is not a problem.
Have tried to re-install program with no luck.

Are you creating an event with no real end? What happens if you create
the repeating event with an end date?

I'm seeing the same thing. I'm trying to create an event that repeats every day for 2 weeks.

Test in a new Identity to eliminate database corruption. If that fails,
create a new User in System Preferences and test there. Let us know what you
find.
