Calendar Deletes All Items in Entourage X Exchange enabled

I'm having a situation with users on my network where all of their Calendar
entries will delete themselves from the Exchange server.

This has only happened on Entourage X clients and I don't see any exchange
errors.

Anyone experience this before?
