hi! I´m trying now to use the calendar of Entourage. We would like with my work colleagues, that the calendar would be synchronised with all the users. So that for instance I could add an event that would show in all the calendars at our workplace (that it does not need to send e-mail for everyone every time and invite people when I write an event)

Are you all using Entourage? If so, you can try setting up a project in the
Project Center and subscribing to the project in all Entourage users.

Unfortunately, there is no way to directly subscribe to a standard calendar
the way you can in iCal.
