Calendar entries

I've started using Entourage Mail only recently. Not bad. Now, I'm thinking about using Calendar. However, I don't know if it's possible to enter a long entry/event (like 5-10 lines) for lesson plan purposes. I've tried but it doesn't seem to be working. I wouldn't need the location either. If not Calendar, is there another application for that type of work (long entries)? It would have to be calendar-type of course. I've been working with iCal but it's rather impractical to edit an event.

Thanks

Double-click on the Calender to create and open a window for the event
and enter all your details there.

You can not adjust the calendar view to show more than just a couple of
lines of the subject. The subject is meant to be a brief description of
the event, not all the details.

Hope this helps!

Thanks Bill:
I'II continue to look for an application better suited to my needs. Maybe a word processor with a calendar, I don't know...

I don't know if it's possible to enter a long entry/event (like 5-10 lines)
for lesson plan purposes.

Create your lesson plan in Word.
In Entourage create a new Calendar Event.
Link it to existing file --> select your Word document.

If the title is longer than your lesson plan, you can enter the entire
subject in the notes field of the event.

I don't think any application is going to give you long subjects in a
calendar.

Diane:
Thanks again for your help. At least, I'II stop looking all over the place. I might have found something interesting at VersionTracker, and it's teacher-specific: PlanBook.
Cheers
