When adding a calendar event it always saves it to December at the same
date. For example, if I add an event to March 17, entourage saves to
December 17. Strange behaviour, what's happening.

What language are you using? Also what date/time setting do you have in the
system International prefs?

That was a known bug for Portuguese (Brazil) version of Office, and I see
that Norton's email address is from Brazil. Is that happening still for 2006
dates? I can't recall if there was a fix for this in a recent update (like
SP2 = 11.2). What version of Entourage do you have, Norton, and have you
applied all updates?

Using Entourage 11.2, and still happens to 2006 calendar. Strange
bahaviour...
