Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: intel
Email Client: Exchange

When I attempt to create a calendar event it defaults to the same day in Jan 2008. I cannot change the date. It just keeps going back to that date. If I create the event and it is in the calendar (on the Jan. date) I cannot even change the date on the calendar to another date for that event or ANY other event. I noticed this happening after the latest Office Update. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

This sounds like a problem with your Database but it could be something
else. The easiest way to test is to select Entourage menu --> Switch
Identity... and create a new identity. Enter your Exchange details and
synchronize.

Do you still see the problem? If not then you may want to continue using
the new identity, migrating your saved messages from your old identity.

Hope this helps!

This did not fix the issue. I created a new identity, reattached to our Exchange server and the same issue is happening. Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated... Before I just reload Office.

One more shot but this did help someone else with a similar problem:

First, quit Entourage.

Go to Apple menu --> System Preferences... --> International --> Formats
--> Dates. If the Region drop down menu says "Custom" then select
your region. This will reset all your date formats.

Launch Entourage and see if anything changes.

Hope this helps!
