Calendar events that repeat at irregular intervals

Is there a way to enter the same event occurring a number of times, but not
recurring at any regular interval? I've just migrated from Now Up-to-Date
and, in that programme, I would enter the event once and then highlight it,
and select 'Copy' from the File menu, then click on a day and 'Paste' the
event.

Does Entourage support anything like this or do I have to enter the same
information over and over?

Thanks in advance,

In Entourage calendar view, you can hold down the Option key on your
keyboard and drag and drop any event to another day to duplicate the
event.

Thanks. That's a start. Is there a way to do this when events aren't in the
same month? I need to create an event that happens every month or two,
always on a Sunday but not necessarily the same Sunday (first, second etc.)
of the month. Can I do this?

I guess I could make it every Sunday from the first to the last event, then
go through and delete the event from the weeks where it doesn't happen. Can
you see any problem with this workaround?

Copy/paste of calendar event would be an easy fix.

There's a better way I would use. If the event happens nearly every month,
set it up as a monthly event, say on the first Sunday of each month. That
gives you one event per month. Now, if in a particular month the event is on
the 2nd Sunday, just go to that month and drag the event from one Sunday to
the other. If some month the event does not occur, just delete it. Each time
you act on an event, Entourage will ask if you want to change the whole
series or just the one event; you'll reply, "Just the one," of course.

You're right, that's a better way.
