Calendar events won't register with Exchange server

When I enter calendar events in Entourage, they show up on my local calendar but do not show up on the Exchange server. My admin who can see my calendar cannot see them. Nor can I see them when I log directly onto the Exchange server through a browser. How do I fix this?

Can you clarify "local" calendar?

Entourage does have a local calendar that does *not* sync with Exchange,
but you should see a calendar specifically for your Exchange account.
Which are you using?

I'm having this issue as well. I've ensured that the events are being created
under the exchange account's calendar, but they don't go up to the server.

I've also got a client who has an almost identical configuration as myself,
but also uses a Treo 750 and connects to the exchange server via ActiveSync,
and any events he creates on the phone do not come down into Entourage.

I've been scouring all over looking for any options or preferences related
to Exchange calendar syncing, and found absolutely nothing.
