I have a calendar in a public folder showing appointments for a senior
executive. I have assigned permission to access this to a few people. I
would like to create a new catagory of people who can access a more
restricted version of this folder. Instead of being able to see all future
dates, I want to create a calendar from the master calendar that will only
display 31 days into the future and that this is automatically updated every
day so that I don't have to constantly import new information. I then want
to assign permission to a restricted group of people. Both calendars would
reside in the public folders area.
Can this be done?
