Calendar hours

I have problems when I am setting up appointments in the Calendar.
For example, I have an appointment of 9am so I click on that hour in
the calendar to open the window to define the type of appointment,
hour, duration, etc., but when I save it and go back to the calendar,
the appointment will not be set for 9am, but instead it is set for one
hour earlier, 8am. This will repeat with any appointment I set. Can
anyone help me know the reason for this and how I can make look like
it should? Thank you.

There are a couple of things I'd suggest. First of all, quit Entourage and
see if your system clock is set correctly. Then make sure you run the latest
version of Office (you don't mention which one you are actually using; if it
is Office 2004, you can run Microsoft AutoUpdate in your Applications
folder, or you can also download the updaters manually from
<http://www.microsoft.com/mac/> ). When you've done that, open Entourage, go
to Entourage>Preferences and see if the default time zone specified in the
Calendar section is the one in which you live. If these suggestions don't
help, post back with more details.
