Calendar Import, Where are the Date-Time-Title Fields

Trying to import a text file to Entourage (2004) calendar and there are
no

Date
Start Time
End Time
Duration
Title
Description

Fields....all the fields relate to the address book and not to the
calendar..

Unfortunately, Entourage doesn't support importing text files with calendar
data. If you have standard ICS files, you can try dragging them onto the
Entourage dock icon.

Otherwise, try Paul Berkowitz's "Export-Import Entourage" script set.
