Depending where you're importing from, check out both

Export-Import Entourage X and
Sync Entourage-iCal

scripts at

There will be an update within a day or two to Export-Import Entourage X to
fix importing from Palm Desktop and maybe one or two other Mac apps (using
"Other Calendar to EvX" converter.) Importing from Outlook PC works fine
now. The Sync script is just for iCal and Entourage 2004 - but should work
OK with the 2004 test drive.
