I am looking for some help with my Entourage Calendar. When I
recently sent an Invite for a calendar item to my co-workers (4 out
of 5 of us use MACs ­ including me.) When I sent the Invite the
calendar item was received just fine by everyone except one MAC user
located in a different state and time zone. He is one hour behind
us (7:00 am for me is 6:00 am for him) The calendar item was for an
all-day event and had no time associated with it. The party in the
different state had the date of the event show up as one day early ­
event was on a Thursday but showed up as the Wednesday before. This
happened to him on 10 different Invites. For everyone else the date
was correct. Is there some setting perhaps he needs to change in his
Entourage settings ­ or some sort of time setting I need to set when
sending to him?

Can I assume you are all connecting to an Exchange server? If so, have
him verify his time zone setting by logging in to his account in Outlook
Web Access (OWA). He may need to set it to his current time zone instead
of the time zone of the server.
