Calendar Items not coming up

I use with Outlook 2007(pc) at work and Entourage 2008 at home. When
I post an event on my calendar at work(Outlook), it doesn't post to my
entourage calendar. However I post an event at home (Entourage),
everything works. I am on an exchange account. An Ideas.

Can you see the same event what you create from Outlook 2007 in OWA (Outlook
Web Access)?

Are you sure you're looking in the Calendar under your Exchange account
and not the local Calendar "On My Computer"?

I have a similar problem
items in outlook exchange on xp devices an iphone and a nokia mail for exhcnage phone all display calendar entries; the entourgae version doesn't (it did and then it stopped) I am looking in the right place and they are there in OWA...software has been updated....
