Calendar not syncing, tow names issue?????

Hi

I like a number of other people cannot get my calendar to sync.

HOWEVER I noticed something the other day using webmail and was wondering if
this is the issue and if so how I get around it.

My email name is (an example - Fred SMith) [email protected]

With this in my setting I am getting and sending email fine.

However when I logged onto webmail I noticed my login name is FRED.

Could this be part of the problem?

How do I fix?

According to the Exchange Server Notes on The Entourage Help Page, you
should ask your administrator to change your ID so that it matches the
mailbox name. After re-configuring Entourage based on the new settings, you
might be able to access your data.

Thanks but all it suggests is getting IT to change my ID.

This they have refused to do on earlier occasions.

Any other ideas?
