Calendar Permissions

I have one user using Entourage X on a MAC. Everyone else
is Outlook 2k. The MAC user needs to give permissions to
another support user to add, change, view and delete items
on the MAC user's calendar. How do I do this? We are
running Exchange 2000 (SP3). Entourage is connected to
Exchange via IMAP4.
