Calendar Permissions

Recently, I have had three users that having difficulties accessing
their permissions for their own calendar to make adjustments. When the
user accesses their calendar for permissions, Entourage returns an
error "Entourage cannot connect to the exchange server to retrieve
permissions." I had this problem in the beginning of September when
the update was first applied to my client, but a few weeks later, the
problem cleared for my calendar.

Things that I have tried so far include the following:

1. New identity (Profile) setup with a new account setup.
2. I have tried another Entourage client on another computer.
3. Ensured that the Entourage client was fully operational with current
updates.
4. So far, it seems that users that are on one particular exchange
server, the permissions for the calendar work fine. Mailboxes located
on other exchange servers seem to not work.

I would appreciate any suggestions that anyone may have.
