Calendar Permissions

I have two administrative assistants who have had perfect access to change,
add, etc. to my calendar until the last two days. Suddenly they can receive
changes I make to my calendar just fine, but when their entourage apps try
to sync with changes they have made they receive a "not able to sync with
server" error. Any help would be appreciated...

It looks like a recent security update for exchange introduced this problem
- no work-round yet, we'll just have to wait and see what the next patch
brings :(
