Are there any other formats for publishing/Saving As the Entourage to
the Web. It is a very good and easy feature...
BUT...If you have many events in one day the calendar only shows ONE in
the calendar grid...
Also is there anyway the calendar can be saved to the web in the very
popular and most useful Week format.
The format that shows scheduled and not scheduled time.
No. The best you can do is use the "Include event details" option (checkbox)
which puts all the details of every event into the list to the right. If you
click on the little slit at the bottom right of the day you're interested in
the Monthly calendar then the Events list at the right scrolls immediately
to the correct day. You probably know all that.
If you want a visual representation, including of Week view, you'll have to
take a screen shot of the window (shift-cmd-3) or window area you want
(shift-cmd-4), open it in a graphics app like GraphicConverter, scale it and
save it, then copy and paste into Word and save as Webpage. (You could just
shift-ctrl-cmd-4 to copy and paste directly in Word but it will be too
small.)
