Calendar printing

I was trying to print the Calendar in Landscape mode.I followed some
advice here on changing margins and now I need to reset it to the
default setting and I now cannot remember the original dimensions for
printing. What are the dimensions for the form, the form margins, and
the page margins?

For the Default form, all page margins are 0.5 in and all form margins are 0
in. The form dimensions are 10x7.5 in.
