Calendar problem

I've just started using Entourage in an attempt to find a decent
alternative to iCal. But whenever I create an event in Entourage it
makes it for January 2001. How can I fix this?

Secondly, how can I import my events from iCal into Entourage?

Go to Apple menu --> System Preferences... --> International --> Formats
and reset your Region to your current region if it says "Custom".

Secondly, how can I import my events from iCal into Entourage?

Select your calendars and choose File --> Export... This will create a
..ics file that you can drop onto the Entourage icon in the Dock to import.
