Calendar questions

Hello,

I have a couple of questions regarding the calendar:

1. I can view a calendar based on the category of events, but when I go to
print or create as a PDF it prints all events regardless of category, is
there a setting I am missing?
2. Also, when placing multiple ³all day events² spanning # of occurrences
entourage will jumble some around and place them out of date (start on a
Friday gets switched to start on a Sunday) have you heard of this before? I
have to change the events to end on a certain date in order for it to keep
the correct schedule.
3. When I rebuild my database it will recreate emails from multiple weeks
ago as new mail and put them back in my inbox? I then get multiple
duplicates and have to reclean every time? Any way to avoid that?

1. Correct. The Category filtering works just on the screen view. Printing
doesn't know about the filtering. Make your feature request here and via
Help/Feedback. Try taking a screenshot (command-shift-4, drag to select just
the calendar, click, then get "Picture 1.pdf" from your desktop).

Actually, you can print only events in certain categories in Entourage 2004.
Go to File > Print, select "Copies & Pages" in the third pop-up menu, and
then click the "Layout" button. Check the "Only items in the category"
button, and then choose the categories you want to print. Click OK, and
then print or save as PDF.
