Calendar/recurring events

I'm working with a new eMac and Panther. Seems there's a
bug in editing recurring calendar events....it won't allow
editing one event only...only all in the series. When you
opt to edit only one in the series, you can't input any
data except for the starting time of the event (can't even
change end time). Went to an Apple Store top resolve and
their programs also don;t respond on 3 different machines.
Is there a fix for this? Thanks.

This is a design limitation of Entourage's calendar.
