CALENDAR REMINDER QUESTION

P

Peter

What does this mean:

"The reminder for "xxx" will not appear because the item is not in your Calendar or Task Folder. Is this OK?

and how do I fix it to get the reminder to work?

Thank you.

By default, unless you install a 3rd party COM addin, Outlook will only fire reminders from the default Inbox, Calendar, Contacts and Tasks folders. In all other folders items with reminders will only turn red when the reminders are due.

THX. I wasn't using the default inbox because it is easier for me to move the calendar between home and office if I use a "sub" calendar folder.
