Calendar reminders reset to 0 minutes

What would cause my calendar event reminders to reset themselves to 0? I've
had a significant number of my events "forget" their reminder settings. The
reminder box is still checked, it's just reset to 0 minutes. I missed an
important meeting because the calendar didn't remind me--it just popped up
when it became overdue.

I'm using Entourage from Office 2004--version 11.2.1. On a G4 powerbook
running OS 10.3.9.

Hi Michelle,

I'm not really sure what could have caused this, but my guess is that it is
some kind of database corruption. I'd recommend a rebuild; instructions are
