I am in a company enviornment using a Mac G5 Tower with Entourage. I
can't do a Calendar busy search of co-workers who are working on PCs
using Outlook 2003? Can somone help me with a resolution to this
ongoing problem.

If you create a new calendar event and invite then to that event, you can
(under the 'scheduling' pane) see when they are free or busy.

You can't directly browse another calendar, unless they have given you
access rights, in which case you can open their default calendar by going to
"open other user's folder..." under the File menu in entourage and selecting
'calendar' as the folder type.

Barry, this is the Problem: you can
(under the 'scheduling' pane) see when they are free or busy. When I
look under the scheduling pane it displays no information for
attendees. this is the problem I am having......

Sorry, I don't understand...

You mean that when you invite someone to an event you can see no information
for their status?

If so, perhaps your 'free/busy server' is incorrectly configured in th
account settings.

Yes, that is correct I can't see any information for their status. How
do we configure the free/busy server in the account settings. At the
client or the server??

Thanks!

Hello,

I see this problem too with Entourage 11.2.5 and Outlook 2003 SP2 where
the Outlook users cannot see the attendee responses to meeting requests
but the free and busy works fine. It sounds like this is a feature not
working yet between Entourage and Outlook with all the problems people
are detailing in the newsgroups.

Is there any workarounds?

thanks,

Larry Heier
