calendar / shared/ office 2003

hi hope someone can help with this one.

we are using office 2003 on a small peer to peer network 12 computers.

we would like to use the calender part as a shared calendar, so that
everytime one person makes a change it will automticaly change on all the
rest of the computers on the network.

is this possible and how is it done eventuelly, or where can I find more
information about the subject.
