We recently switched from Mail.app/iCal to Entourage 2004 with a hosted
Exchange package and we're having some trouble with calendar sharing. We've
been able to share calendars without much hassle (though it isn't the
easiest or most intuitive process), but after opening another user's
calendar through the "Open Other User's Folder" command that user's name now
appears in the From dropdown when sending email. This is resulting in a
great deal of confusion among our users as they don't understand why it
looks like they can send email as their colleagues. Luckily, attempting to
send mail through any account but the user's own fails.
Is there a way to avoid colleagues names showing up in the From dropdown
when sharing calendars?
