Calendar showing in French, Need to change to english

My calendar shows the dates in French! I need to change this to English.
Does anyone know how I can do this? I looked all over but can't figure it out.

System Preferences (in the Dock) / International / Formats.

Change Region from France (French) or Canada (French) etc, to United
States, United Kingdom, Canada, etc.

Then quit and restart Entourage for it to take effect.
