Calendar synch problems w/ Entourage 2004 & Exchange 2004

I am accessing an Exchange 2004 server from 2 machines - 1 PC running
XP/Outlook 2003 and 1 PowerBook running OS X (10.3.7) & Entourage 2004
(11.1.0). If I delete calendar items from my XP/Outlook machine and the
PowerBook is offline, then the next time Entourage synchs with the
server, it adds the deleted calendar items back to the server. I tried
resetting synchronization in Entourage to no avail - I even deleted and
recreated the account, which seemed to work for awhile but then started
having the same problems.

A co-worker is having the exact same issue. Has anyone else run into
problems like this?
