Calendar/task printing inconsistent/incomplete

My fellow Entourage users and I are all experiencing inconsistent or
incomplete printing when we try to print daily calendars with tasks and
notes.

User 1 ­ calendar prints but no tasks and no notes
User 2 ­ calendar prints but with some old/completed tasks or tasks with
incorrect dates
User 3 ­ calendar prints with correct tasks but only about half of them

We¹re all using Entourage 2004; two of us have upgraded to Tiger, one still
in OS 10.3.9.
