calendar time causes freeze

Started 2004 2 weeks ago, all went well. Then today a new problem -
when I try to create a new event, I am unable to set the time of the
event. If I try to click on the time or the arrows to change it,
Entourage freezes. Has anyone else had the same problem? Have tried
turning off office notifications, uninstalling and reinstalling,
starting and restarting, disk utility clean up, no avail. any other
ideas?

Yes, I have this problem, too.
Sometimes, a tiny repeat window of time-entry field shows up down in
the comments area, too.

I have been unable to use Entourage 2004 Calendar because it will not
let me enter time by keys or arrows. Sometimes, I can get the start
time to take, but then the program freezes.

I believe the problem may have something to do with the way it attempts
to calculate duration - but I've been through these boards, and no one
has responded to this problem, because not enough people are
experiencing it. INterestingly, it is occuring on all three of the Macs
