When I type the same date for a calendar event's start date and end date (for example, a doctor's appointment on August 28, 2008), the reply often comes back that the end date is before the start date, and Entourage will not accept the event unless I change the end date to a later date.

Probably too obvious an answer to be useful - but how wmany minutes is the appointment set for. Could a negative number be in there by some weird thing? - set the minutes for 30 minutes starting say at 9:30am and be sure the end time is 10am or however long it is.
