Calendaring capabilities

Our state agency just got Entourage/MOS 2008 for mac and I am curious to know if the function exists to view more than one calendar at a time for schedule comparison purposes. I know we can go in and create a new event, then click the schedule button to look at other calendars on our network but that seems fairly narrow in efficiency. Does the ability exist, like in Outlook to compare calendars in the calendar view? It seems like it would be, since I can go the narrower route inside an event to see if someone is available.

Thoughts? I looked online, I've called for tech support... Thanks!

Entourage does not have a side-by-side calendar view similar to Outlook.
You can, however, open a new Main Window from the File menu and view a
second calendar there. Move the windows side-by-side and compare this way.

Hope this helps!

William, I think this is not a serious way to handle this issue. Side-by-side
dsplay is crucial when setting up meetings, and this capacity missing in
Entourage is a serious drawback.

When is Microsoft implementing this? That is the question to be answered the
soonest the best.

Thanks and regards.

A new feature like this most likely would not be introduced in the current
version. Send feedback to Microsoft to make sure it gets noticed.

When working in Office, you can use the ³Send Feedback² option under the
Help menu in all of the Office applications or visit

I don't work for Microsoft and Microsoft doesn't provide feedback in
these newsgroups. I can only offer help, suggestions, workarounds, etc.,
when using Entourage. Unfortunately, the answers you receive in these
newsgroups may not always be what you want to hear.

Your best option is to make your voice heard directly to Microsoft by
using the Help --> Send Feedback tool in any Office application.
