Calendar's weekly orientation

How do I change a Calendar's weekly orientation to Monday - Sunday.
They all seem to be defaulted to Sunday to Saturday

Which only works with Publisher 2000 and older. This is not supported in
Publisher 2002/2003. It is on the wishlist for Publisher 12.
