Calling using Outlook 2007

Can I call a person from Global Address List without adding them to the local
Contact list in Outlook 2007

Outlook is not involved in calling and has no dialer. The answer to your
question depends on what dialing and voice modem software you are using and
whether it can integrate with any of Outlook's various data stores. It is
not an Outlook question.
