Can´t send E-Mail with info - Account

Hi Everybody
I´ve got a problem that rises to a bigger problem.
The problem is my Account in Entourage.
Everybody in my company can send E-mail with their Account, but i can´t.
I´ve checked the Error - Code ( 5550 ), but i don´t get a clue how to solve
this Puzzle.
Now i´ve created an Account with my private E-Mail Address and the Account
works surprisingly.
Can anybody help me?
