Can 2 instances of Outlook utilize the same Contacts list? If so,

I have a 2 instances of Outlook - one for business, one for personal.
However, I've decided that I want them both to use the same contact list and
calendar. BUT I still want the mail info - inbox, mail history, etc separate.

Can I do this? How?

Describe what you mean by two "instances" of Outlook. Outlook can be
installed only once per operating system partition. State your Outlook
version and account types as well.
