Can 2 instances of Outlook utilize the same Contacts list?

I posted this question this weekend, but the link I received to the posted
"answer" didn't work!

My scenario is this: I have 2 email address - work and home. I want them
both to utilize the same Contacts list. How can I do that? And how can I
combine the two lists that I currently have?

Do yourself a BIG favour and ditch the horrible web interface. Use a news
reader instead.
