Can a Project schedule be viewed/modified on mobile device?

I'm experimenting with the trial version of Microsoft Project right now, and
it looks like it will replace the dry erase board. The boards big drawback is
that its in the office, where none of the work happens. I would like to be
able to show up at the jobsite, check the schedule, yell at some
subcontractors for dragging thier feet, and adjust the shcedule if need be.
I'd also like to be able to access digital copies of all the paperwork that
sits in a file back at the office, everything from a material list to kitchen
layout. I know I could do this all with a laptop, but can a pda do this too?

Sorry but Project won't fit on a PDA. Sounds like that laptop is t he way
for you to go.

I don’t need all of Project to be mobile. Right now I could input all the
daily information and appointments that Project generated into my cell's
organizer program, but that’s a little time consuming. I can also print out
all the information I need to be mobile, but that’s paper. Is there a way to
convert the basic information on Project's calendar to something like this:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/about/tours/ppc/2003/calendar.mspx
where I can click on the date and get a few lines of text like "Call the
plumber for 3-6, Order doors on 2-2" or would I need to reinput Projects data
manually?
