Can AutoExec detect if a file is being opened?

I added an AutoExec module to my Normal.dot file so that everytime
Word is launched a userform is activated. However, I would like to
bypass the userform when Word is started via an existing file being
double-clicked. Any ideas would be much appreciated. Thanks
