Can custom calendar views be dragged to desk/ Mail ... printed in batch?

I know you can create a custom view for messages, then drag it to the
desktop or to Mail. Can you do the same with calendar events. AND
once you have a custom view for events, is there some way you can print
the whole thing, including attached notes, in a batch. I've only been
able to print by opening each event note separately.

Hi,

I remember discussing this with a poster here several months ago.
Unfortunately, Entourage is not as flexible with calendar entries as it is
with e-mail messages, so no, as far as I'm aware, it cannot do what you
want. Depending on how your copy of Entourage is set up, your data might be
synched with iCal (minimum requirements: Office 2004, Update 11.2.3 or
higher, and Mac OS X Tiger, 10.4.3 or higher). In that case, you could try
printing from within iCal, since I seem to remember that iCal can
batch-print entries with notes. I'm not completely sure, though, so don't
quote me on this.

No. When you drag a Custom View for mail to the Desktop, it just saves the
messages into a standard MBOX file. This functionality that you request
would make sense if dragging Custom Views out of Entourage exported the data
as an Entourage archive.

This is a good feature request. In Entourage X or 2004, go to Help > Send
Feedback on Entourage. Otherwise, click on this direct link to enter Mac

That's often requested, but there doesn't appear to be a good way to do it.
I'd recommend you suggest this in the way I mentioned above.
