Can 'DateAdd' function be set to return only working days?

I am trying to roll back a plan from Quarter 4 (i.e. starting Jan 2006) back
to Quarter 3 (i.e. starting Oct 2006) using the 'DateAdd' function (using
negative integer). However, whenever I do this, it often returns Saturday or
Sunday days, which I can't have. Is there any way of programming it to skip
over working days, as set up in my Project Calender? If not, is there an
alternative?

Hi Andy,

There are two alternatives:

1. The ProjDateAdd function take the project calendar into account;
2. The COM AdjustDates, to be found on the analysis toolbar, does it all for
you!

Thanks Jan, unfortunately, I need both the start and finish dates for Q4 on
the same row for each tasks!! The ProjDateAdd function is good, apart from
the fact that if I have a milestone of 17:00 (end of the day), MS Project
returns a date of 9:00am the next day! Any ideas?
