Can embedded graphics act as links?

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)

I'd like to make an embedded graphic (ie a logo) an active link. By this I mean you don't see the web address but it's there "under" the graphic. Is this possible in Entourage. I've seen it many times - I just don't know if it's been created in Entourage or somewhere else. Any help would be much appreciated.

Do you realize that if an Entourage user has selected to have Spotlight
index attachments, it will cache your sig image over and over and over. This
fills up drives with redundant images. Be sure to read Don't waste time with
unbusinesslike signatures.
